Limited Edition QPR 140th Anniversary shirt worn v West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 15th January 2022 with the design inspired by the first ever shirt worn by the club back in 1882 when they were known as Christchurch Rangers. Four years later they joined forces with St Jude’s Institute and formed Queens Park Rangers. It has a half and half design of light blue and dark blue whilst the mandarin collar with its small buttons replicate that of the original jersey worn by the club.
The outline of an old street map is watermarked into the shirt showing the Queen’s Park area where the clubs roots began whilst the location of St Jude’s Church is located close to the QPR crest which features a scroll underneath marking the clubs 140 year anniversary.
