Away shirt as worn when Nantes finished as champions of French Division 1, finishing 4 points ahead of second placed Lyon, and made it to the semi finals of both the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue, losing 4-1 against RC Strausbourg and 3-2 against Lyon respectively. Also worn when Nantes were knocked out in the fourth round of the UEFA Cup, losing 4-3 on aggregate against Porto.
