Classic Adidas design featuring a unique collar and the iconic Sharp sponsor. This shirt was worn in the run up to the Cup Winners Cup final – where United would beat Barcelona 2-1 in Rotterdam. Mark Hughes bagged 21 goals during the 90-91 season, scoring both goals in the Cup Winners final. The subtle graphics on the front of the shirt were ahead of its time, with this Adidas design forshadowing a decade of iconic United shirts. The design was used for two seasons, before Umbro secured a deal to become the Red Devils supplier in 1992.
