Polo shirt as worn when the Germans reached the Euro 2012 semi-finals. Having progressed through their group unbeaten and with relative ease, Germany turned on the style to beat Greece 4-2. The semi-final threw up a tie with old foes Italy but the Germans couldn’t find a reply to Balotelli’s powerful first half finishes until it was too late, with Mesut Özil scoring a stoppage time penalty. This design was also worn in a 1-0 win over England at Wembley with towering captain Per Mertesacker heading home the decisive goal.
